Dr. Chetan C. J, PhD
Founder/lead –Engineering and Technology
Carried out his doctoral work at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc) under the able advisory of Dr. N.K.S RAJAN. He has also been awarded with “Honoris Signum” by one of the European University for his contributions in the area of applied rheology/process engineering. He is also a professional member of various prestigeous societies like the Indian Physics Association, Material Research Society of India, and Indian Association for Advancement in materials and process Engineering.
With more than two decades of experience in industry, his interests include Design of new products and process and mathematical modelling of physical processes in the area of food and parmaceutical processes.
He has also delivered several guest lectures in the area of materials engineering and applied rheology. Along with this, he has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences
Dr. Deepa Prakash, PhD
Co-founder/lead-Food Science and Nutrition
Dr.Deepa Prakash is a Food Technologist with academic training from the Defence Food Research Laboratory, DRDO and has been a Scientist at CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute. Deepa offers a wide spectrum understanding across quality assurance, food safety, farm gate food processing, food technology solutions and innovations for industry.

Head/ Product Design and Development
A seasoned professional with a Master's degree from the prestigious IIITDM-Kancheepuram, specializing in Mechanical System Design. Demonstrates a strong passion for forward mathematical modeling. With over 8 years of extensive experience, has contributed significantly to the development of machines in the food processing, machine tool, and automotive industries. Recognized for expertise in innovative mechanical solutions and a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and driving technological advancements within these sectors.
Dr.Vijay Kulkarni, PhD
Advisor/Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience more than 16 years in pharmaceutical research & development of solid oral dosage
forms, out of which 11 years’ experience in Hot Melt Extrusion Technology. He was a Postdoc
research scholar at Dr. Michael Repka’s lab, University of Mississippi, USA, working on Hot
Melt Extrusion for various application.
Dr. N.K.S Rajan, PhD
Advisor/ Engineering and Technology
Dr. Rajan has shown excellence in his research and academic activities for the past three decades, has guided many PhD students, and has led teams in carrying out many Government and Industry-sponsored projects.
His areas of research interest include Combustion; Heat Transfer; Fluid Dynamics (Experimental and Computational); Biomass Gasification; Renewable energy; Advanced CFD Simulation, Instrumentation; Numerical Modelling (Analysis and Simulation); Analysis of Remote Sensed Data; GIS Application Development; Application Software Development.
He has guided 20 students for their PhD degrees . He has guided several ME and BE students in their dissertation projects.
